Growing up, we would sing “What a mighty God” followed by the following chorus during worship:

He is the King!

After singing “He is the king”, we would loop back to What a Mighty God we serve:

Hallelujah! Indeed, what a mighty God we serve!!

Dear God, we thank you so much for your mercies, grace, and your loving kindness. We thank you Lord for your mighty power – we recognize and praise how awesome God is! We thank you because God is a good father, and ALL POWER BELONGS TO GOD!!! We thank you because you are so good, so mighty, so wonderful, and so faithful! Even when we don’t understand, we will trust in God’s unfailing love forever and ever!!!
