# 5 of 7 We are the hands and feet of God – Pleasing God
Where in the Bible does it say we are his hands and feet?
There is no one exact scripture that says we are his hands and feet. But we’ve been blessed by so many other scriptures that tell us so very clearly – we are his hands and feet!
I pray these are all a blessing and an inspiration to us all. May we forever praise and worship God in all we say and do!
“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice – the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.” ~ Romans 12:1, NLT
“And this is his commandment, that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he has commanded us.” ~ 1 John 3:23, ESV
#6 of 7 We are hands and feet of Jesus Christ – May God help us!
“Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.” ~ Hebrews 10:24, NLT
“May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.” ~ Psalm 119:173, NIV
“I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” ~ Psalm 121:1-2, ESV
“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” ~ John 14:12, ESV (Jesus Speaking)

#7 of 7 We are called to be his hands and feet – Serving Others with JOY, LOVE, & PEACE – Amen.
“So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” ~ Philippians 2:1-4, ESV
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace” ~ 1 Peter 4:10, ESV
“And the King will answer them, Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” ~ Matthew 24:40, ESV
Like the traditional hymn/song goes, this is my prayer for us all:
1 Give me joy in my heart, keep me praising,
Give me joy in my heart, I pray…
Give me joy in my heart, keep me praising,
Keep me praising till the break of day.
Sing hosanna, sing hosanna,
sing hosanna to the King of kings!
Sing hosanna, sing hosanna,
sing hosanna to the King!
2 Give me peace in my heart, keep me loving,
Give me peace in my heart, I pray…
Give me peace in my heart, keep me loving,
Keep me loving till the break of day.
3 Give me love in my heart, keep me serving,
Give me love in my heart, I pray…
Give me love in my heart, keep me serving,
Keep me serving till the break of day.
