My thoughts have been going back to the following scripture:

Ecclesiastes 10:10, NLT Using a dull ax requires great strength, so sharpen the blade. That’s the value of wisdom; it helps you succeed. (Bible Verse of the Day)

What a beautiful, powerful and profound reminder on the value of wisdom!

Today, I am once again reminded that wisdom is the principal thing. If we want to live successful lives, we must make getting wisdom a priority!

Proverbs 4:7, NKJV Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.

Proverbs 4:7, TLB Getting wisdom is the most important thing you can do! And with your wisdom, develop common sense and good judgment.

Ecclesiastes 10:10, TLB A dull ax requires great strength; be wise and sharpen the blade.

Dear Friends, we can have all the strength in the world, but without wisdom, we will waste so much time and effort doing the wrong things at the wrong time! Wisdom is what truly helps us succeed, and wisdom comes from God!

With wisdom, we learn how to apply time management effectively.
With wisdom, we learn that there is a time to be silent and a time to be speak.
With wisdom, we learn how to get our priorities in order.
With wisdom, we learn how to approach problems and figure out lasting and impactful solutions.
With wisdom, we learn how to succeed in life, to the glory of God!

Now, more than ever, we need wisdom!!!

Proverbs 4:7, MSG Above all and before all, do this: Get Wisdom! Write this at the top of your list: Get Understanding!

Prayer:
Dear Lord, please grant us wisdom – today, tomorrow, and always! Help us to always recognize how important wisdom is, and to keep on seeking wisdom from you daily. May your name always be glorified in our lives, Amen.
