Prayers for Racial Reconciliation
Dear Lord, please help us love others who are different from us. Help us to fulfill your purpose for us: to love God, love others, and worship you forever. Please, grant us inner peace, healing and restoration. Instead of frustration, disappointment and pain, please bring your revival – a generous release of your Holy Spirit and Mighty Power.
Dear Lord, please bring clarity, understanding and peace where there is hatred and animosity. Please shine your light where there is darkness. Please grant us wisdom, compassion, understanding and empathy as we deal with our neighbors, brothers and sisters. Give our leaders wisdom, and soften hearts across our churches and across our nation. May we truly love others as you have loved us. May we truly forgive others as we have been forgiven.
May our hearts be turned to you!
May God’s spirit of unity keep us united and give us victory over the divisive plans of the enemy. May the love of Christ bind us together today and always. Lord, let us always speak the language of love – the language everyone understands. Let your name be glorified in our lives, in our work, and in our nation. Let us humbly and obediently love and serve each other. Help us always remember that we are his hands and feet. So help us God, Amen. Thank you Lord, because we know with you NOTHING is impossible. We praise you and glorify you!

When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be!
Revelation 7:9-10, ESV After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
