Dear Friends:
Today, I am reminded that there are no two ways about it. For the most part, if you want friends, you need to be a friend. If you want good friends, you need to make the effort to be a good friend as well. If you want great friends in your life, you have to continually work at being a great friend too! So help us God, Amen!

Good friends don’t just materialize from nowhere. You have to be willing to do the work.

Friendship usually doesn’t “just happen” – it takes two people to put in the effort! And friends, it is worth the effort – Two are better than one! 😀

Ecclesiastes 4:9, NLT Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.

Sure, your efforts at building friendship may not always pan out the way you hope… but you will always learn and grow! And if you keep trying, you will undoubtedly find your own “tribe” – By God’s grace, you will find people you will get along with and build great friendships with! Amen!

So, dear friends, please, don’t underestimate the power of being friendly.
Don’t underestimate the power of reaching out to others.
Don’t underestimate the power of being kind and being nice.
Don’t underestimate the power of being a friend!

And above all, if you need friends, pray, pray, pray, and continue trusting God! Friends, our actions + prayers are a powerful combination! Just do your best and leave the rest to God.

Now some of us are naturally shy, and some of us are naturally outgoing. Whatever your personality is, and whatever your situation is, you can still make an effort. With God’s help, you will find your own tribe – you will find great friends!
