God deals with us individually ~ How God Deals with Us

God deals with us individually. How God deals with us: God deals with each of us individually, according to his unique plans for our lives. God deals with us as sons, daughters and children.

1 John 3:1a, NIV See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
Hebrews 12:7b, ESV God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline?
Jeremiah 29:11, NLT For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Today, I am reminded that God deals with us individually. Every one of us is unique and special in God’s eyes. Friend, you are not just a faceless number out of the masses. God deeply cares about you about knows you by name.
Psalm 139:14, ESV I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
Isaiah 49:16, NLT See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands…

We may sometimes wonder why we have to go through certain difficult things that others do not have to go through. Conversely, we may wonder why others have to go through certain things we are thankful we don’t have to endure. We may sometimes look at fellow Christians and wonder why some things appear to turn out so differently for them, even though our paths initially seemed to be very similar. We may wonder why it seems so easy for one person to grasp a spiritual concept, while it is exceptionally challenging for another. Why one person appears to have received harsh consequences for their sins, while another seems to have gotten off with a slap on the wrist. The list goes on and on.

We all have different family backgrounds, different life experiences, different levels of faith, different journeys, different talents, and a unique purpose in life: a reason God has placed us on this earth. What we all have in common as children of God is that we are heaven bound, by God’s grace!

Dear Friends, Let us always remember that God deals with us individually, according to his unique plans for our lives. Let us not be too concerned with How God is dealing with others, but instead concentrate on trusting God on our own unique journey, and discovering God’s will for our own lives. This is the true mark of success in life – Knowing God’s will, and doing it ~ So help us God!

Hebrews 12:1-2, NIV Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.
Romans 8:28, NASB And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

May we always remember to fix our eyes on Jesus, and not on our circumstances or on other people. May we always remember that God deals with us as unique children of God, and that we are safe in His guidance, love and care!
Proverbs 3:5-6, ESV Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
