Encouraging Words For Parents: An Encouraging Word For Parents and Co-Parents.

Good Morning Friends!

Today’s post is an encouraging reminder to any frustrated parents and co-parents out there – Please, be patient with your children! And please, be patient with your spouse!

Please remember, our children are just children. They are still learning and growing, and they don’t have as much experience in life as we do! Please, be patient with them, and ask God for wisdom as you bring them up every day!

Our responsibility is to show love to our children every day! Please note: This has nothing to do with how they treat us or if we feel loved by them! Our responsibility is to keep loving our children earnestly, so help us God!

Please remember to be patient with your spouse/co-parent! Please remember that they are also learning and growing, just like you are! Pray for them in areas where they need to grow, and resist the urge to keep correcting them at every turn, so that they don’t become discouraged! And when you do need to have a conversation with your spouse, please seek God first, so God will grant you wisdom on how to go about doing this effectively! Remember, wisdom comes from God alone!

We are all in this together – united we stand, with God on our side! Amen.
