Do everything in love
Love is a verb, and we all need love.
Let’s do everything in love.

Love is the universal language we all understand:
Love is how we survive.
Love is how we make it in this life and beyond:
Life is temporary, but love is eternal!

God is love, and we are of God
His command is love,
His gospel is love,
His essence is love,
We must do everything in love!

So one step at a time, and one day at a time, we will do everything in love!
In doing, we grow; In loving, we find, that we are made complete in Him.

Sure there are things we don’t understand, and maybe we never will…
But even when we don’t understand, we can do everything in love.

It’s not always obvious, and it’s not always easy.
But you and I can do all things through Christ, our strength.

When we do everything in love
We let our light shine,
Honoring and glorifying God!
As we love, we shine,
As we shine, the light spreads,
And before you know it, the whole world will be lit up with love!

So, dear friends,
One step at a time,
Trusting God one day at a time,
Let’s do everything in love.
So help us God, Amen.
