Be Still.
Be Still Bible Verse:
Psalm 46:10, ESV “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
Good Morning Friends!
Today, I am being reminded once again, to be still.
I am not being reminded to read more, pray more, write more, study more, or give more.
I am not being reminded to do more of anything, I am just being reminded to be still!

We recently explored Bible Verses about Being Still.
We’ve also explored Bible Verses about Saying No, and Learning to Say No Quotes.
We have explored the attitude of being still, trusting God, and patiently waiting on God.
One question in particular is jumping out at me this morning – when was the last time I sat down and did absolutely nothing?

Dear Friends ~ It’s SO wonderful to be still in our attitudes, prayers, and habits.
It’s refreshing to practice letting go and letting God as we choose to put our trust in God!
As we are reminded in Isaiah 26:3, God will keep us in perfect peace when we intentionally focus on trusting God and fixing our eyes on God.
I am also being reminded today however, that being still also means being still in the literal sense, i.e. doing absolutely nothing from time to time. 🙂
I am being reminded that our worth or value is not determined by how much we do – our worth is determined by our identity in Christ, that’s it!
Dear Lord, please help us to learn to be still.
Dear Friends, God will bless you with peace ~ Amen.
Psalm 46:10a, NIV Be still, and know that I am God.
