Dear Friends, I am reading this scripture again this morning and I am being reminded, there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

The Bible Verse says it all. There is Time for Everything!

When we see injustice being done, May we remember that there is a there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.
Related Verse: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed.” ~ Proverbs 31:8, NLT

When we are eager to give unsolicited advice, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we feel like responding to every situation right there and then, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we are tempted to join in gossip and slander, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When negotiating a business deal, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak. May we not be blabber mouths, talking too much, thereby pushing ourselves into the wrong end of the deal.

When we feel like people will think we are stupid or weak for not speaking sometimes, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we are tempted to lie for any reason at all, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we are eager to give a person a piece of our mind, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we find ourselves boasting and bragging, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we find ourselves jumping to conclusions, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we feel the urge to express our opinion on everything, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we are talking too much and starting to bore everyone around us (LOL), May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we want to rush to speak without thinking first, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

When we feel a quick rush of anger rising within us, May we remember that there is a time to be silent and a time to speak.

*May we always remember that sometimes, the wisest thing to say is NOTHING at all.
