Dear Friends, to have peace of mind is to have freedom and clarity of mind.

To have peace of mind is to have:
Freedom from disturbing thoughts;
Freedom from fear;
Freedom from worry and anxiety;
Freedom from regret and looking back;
Freedom from resentment and bitterness;
Freedom from guilt and shame;
Freedom from confusion;
Freedom from blaming others; and
Freedom from blaming myself.

A Prayer for Peace of Mind
Dear Lord, Thank you so much for your sacrifice in exchange for my freedom. Thank you for your gift of freedom and peace! Dear Lord, please help me to receive the gift of peace of mind – Help me to be truly free in my mind and in my heart, free from oppressive thoughts, free from all bondage.

Dear Lord, please grant me clarity of mind. Help me to receive the freedom to see where you lead, freedom to hear God’s voice, freedom from all fear, confusion and doubt. Grant me open eyes, Help me to know where to go and what to do. Let your peace continually guard my heart and mind.

Dear Lord, please let me experience true freedom , rest and peace from within – help me to always put my trust in you. Help me to always remember that true joy comes from trusting God and fixing your eyes on God. Help me to remember that those who trust the Lord will be joyful. Amen.
