3 Ways to Walk in God’s Perfect Will (How to walk in God’s will; How to walk in God’s ways; How to walk in obedience with God)

#3 Confident Trust in God
“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.” ~ Psalm 118:8, KJV (Trust God, not man!)

We must trust God in order to walk in God’s will. There’s no going around it. We must live our lives fixing our eyes on God, always remembering that we are citizens of heaven, children of the most high God. We absolutely must put our ultimate trust in God, in God’s Unfailing & Unconditional Love, and in God’s Mighty Power. We must trust that when you don’t understand, God does. We must trust that He works everything out for our good, and that His plans for us are always good.
When we put our complete trust in God, we allow God to guide us in his perfect ways!

Isaiah 41:10, NIV So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 58:11, NLT The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. (Amen)

The result of all this: LOVE!
When we daily aspire to gentleness, humility and a confident trust in God; it is much easier for us to do everything in love, by God’s grace. When you trust in God’s unfailing love and you trust that God’s got your back, it’s easier to love those who have been unkind to you. When we bring gentleness, humility, and a confident trust in God together, we will live a life of LOVE, to the glory of God. More: Loving God ; Loving Others

Ephesians 4:2, NLT Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7, NLT Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever!

Dear Friends, as we seek to walk in God’s ways every day, we need not fear making mistakes or going the wrong way. As we humbly seek God with all of our hearts, He will make our paths straight. Remember, God sees our hearts. God blesses our efforts to obey him! We have absolutely no need to fear, but every reason to continually trust and obey! Dear God, please help us to be sensitive to your presence and your voice. Open our eyes, our ears, and our hearts, that we might see you, hear you, and know your will for our lives. As you lead us in truth, help us to obey, to the glory of your name. May God’s perfect will be done in our lives. May we be humble and gentle, and May we always trust God. By God’s grace, our lives, words, actions and thoughts will glorify God always. May we value what God values as we live a life of love. May our lives continually point to God! Amen.

“…dear brothers and sisters, I am still not all I should be, but I am focusing all my energies on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.” ~ Philippians 3:13, NLT
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” ~ Micah 6:8, NIV
