The short answer is – Absolutely NOT. Take a look at these Scriptures to see why:

Proverbs 28:13, ESV Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.
Psalm 103:10-12, NASB He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
Romans 8:1-6 ESV
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.
1 Corinthians 15:57, NLT But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 15:7, NIV I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
Romans 10:13, ESV For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Matthew 6:14-15, ESV For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matthew 18:21-22, NKJV Then Peter came to Him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times? Jesus said to him, I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.
Luke 6:36, KJV Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
