Becoming all things to all people
1 Corinthians 9:22b – 23
“I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.” (NIV)
– Note: This does not mean we are to compromise our faith or our beliefs, it just means we should be willing and ready to fit into other people’s cultures, way of life, etc in order to reach out to them. We have an example in God, who became man (Jesus) in order to reach out to us and save us.

Doing things just because we can?
1 Corinthians 10:23 “All things are lawful, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful, but not all things edify.” (NASB)
So let’s not do things just because we can, but instead do things that will edify, and give glory to God.

All things created by God, for God, after God – God is greater than all things, Has authority over all things.

Colossians 1:16 -19 “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.

All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.” (KJV)

Colossians 1: 20
