Good Morning, Dear Friends! I pray you are having a peaceful, restful and amazing day! 🙂 🙂 🙂

I woke up early to get some work done, and I started thinking about how grateful I am for life, for clarity, and for the opportunity to do meaningful and enjoyable work!

I immediately thought of this scripture:
Ecclesiastes 2:24, NCV The best that people can do is eat, drink, and enjoy their work. I saw that even this comes from God,

Another bible version puts it this way:
Ecclesiastes 2:24, NLT So I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God.

And you know, it just so happens that I am currently enjoying a warm and delicious cup of vanilla chai!

I also reminded that any work we do can be meaningful and enjoyable when we do it unto God!

As the scriptures say:

Colossians 3:23, NIV Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,

Colossians 3:17, NIV And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Prayer:
Thank you God for the gift of life – Thank you God for the gift of another day!

Thank you God for the reminder that it is a blessing to eat, drink, and find satisfaction in our daily work, whatever that might be!

Please help us to remember that any work can be meaningful when we do it unto God! Help us to reshape our perspectives, and realize what a blessing it is to be able to eat, drink, and work! 🙏 🙏 🙏

Please help us to always remember that we were made to glorify God. Help us to always remember that we are representatives of God. Help us to remember to do everything to the glory of God!

1 Corinthians 10:31, NIV So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. (Amen, Amen & Amen!)
