Dear Friends, today’s post is an important reminder to you and me – Let the Spirit Control Your Mind.

Letting our minds run amok leads to stress, confusion, and anxiety.

Letting the Holy Spirit control our minds leads to life and peace.

Romans 8:6, NLT Letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. (The Spirit Gives Life!)

Romans 12:1-2, NLT And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice – the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Prayer:
Dear Lord, please help us to fully and continually surrender to the work of the Holy Spirit in our minds and in our lives!

We want our minds to be managed and controlled by the Spirit of God!

We want to experience life and peace!

We want to glorify God every day of our lives!

We trust you to help us Lord, as we continue to rely on you!

In Jesus’ name we pray – Amen.
