2. Seek Knowledge, Count the Cost, & Plan Ahead.
Count the cost before investing. Don’t rush to invest without seeking to gain knowledge, without considering the cost, without planning ahead, and without considering your goals and options. Ask God for wisdom, and seek the wisdom and counsel of others as well. Take it one step at a time, and remember: the wise listen to advice.

Proverbs 24:27, NLT Do your planning and prepare your fields before building your house.
Luke 14:28-30, ESV For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? Proverbs 15:22, NIV Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.

3. You won’t be 100% certain of how your investments will pan out, but this is not an excuse to do nothing. Be a good and wise steward of everything God has blessed you with – including your brain, resources, and opportunities.
Diligently do your research, apply yourself by God’s grace, and trust God for the best!
