An Exciting Discovery! (Lord Help Me Be Humble Part 2)

9/27/18
Good Morning, Dear Friends! I am so excited to share this with you today!
A couple of days ago, we shared the post Lord, Help Me Be Humble. I wrote that post based on some lessons learned on my journey through the Bible, as narrated on Bible Gateway by George Sarris (NIV). As you might remember, that post was based on Exodus 18. Since then, I have had the opportunity to finish listening to Exodus, and I am now on Numbers. 😀
Imagine my excitement when I came across this verse in the book of Numbers:
(Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.) ~ Numbers 12:3, NIV
Wow. You see, when I finished listening to Exodus 18, I knew I wanted to share those scriptures with you. However the scripture passage was chuck full of a number of great lessons, and I wasn’t initially sure what title to give the post.
As I pondered on it some more, it became clear that my biggest take away from this passage was first and foremost on humility, even though the passage or any of the surrounding passages had not directly or specifically talked about humility.
So you can imagine my pleasant surprise when I listened to Numbers (two books after Exodus), and I heard this scripture emphasizing how humble Moses was! The verse says that Moses was more humble than anyone on the face of the earth. Wow!
I thought I would share this verse with you today to reinforce this important lesson – Humility pleases God and brings us many blessings! Indeed, Humility is the key to success! (By the way, I have edited the post Lord Help Me Be Humble to include this verse:))
I pray these scriptures and lessons bless you as much as they have been blessing me!
More lessons, blessings, wisdom and understanding to come for us all in Jesus’ name, AMEN. 🙂
Dear Friends, I pray all is well with you and all of yours!
I pray that God’s joy, peace and favor will dwell with you today and always.
I pray that you will put your hands in God’s hands and that you will keep on Trusting God one day at a time.
May God bless and keep you today and always.
May God strengthen you today and always.
May the God of peace be with you today and always, Amen!

Thanks for reading, Dear Friends!
Have a wonderfully blessed, stress-free, productive, and joyful day!
Much Love & Blessings,
