Today, I am reminded that kindness is a choice. It’s not always an easy choice, but it is always our choice. May we never stray from following Jesus in kindness and compassion – May we always be a shining light. May we follow God’s example in everything we say and do, and choose kindness! May we always rely on the help of the Holy Spirit, and choose kindness! May we always seek God’s approval, always choosing kindness over getting even! Amen.

Bible Verses about Choosing Kindness
Ephesians 4:32, ESV Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Colossians 3:12, NIV Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Luke 6:36, ESV Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
