Bomi, you’re so right you know. Next to my church is a pizza hut. We usually patronize them a lot especially during our dance practice meetings. On one of such thursdays, i had ordered pizza before the meeting started. So when we were almost done, i figured i might as well go get the pizza so everyone can eat right after the closing prayers. Oh my God! I walked next door and it wasn’t ready. I waited for about 10mins and when it didn’t look like it was going to be ready soon, i walked back to the Church to wait. I asked my little cousin to go after about 20mins and she came back saying it wasn’t ready. So, here came my opportunity to “wear mine” (not). So I ran straight to the pizza place, and i gave them a holy piece of my mind. I was hoping i would get at least an extra box. But a young man stood and watched me as i ranted and raved and when i was done, he softly and quietly said “Did u not just come out of the church next door?”. At that point, i felt as light as a penny. My whole blood drained out of me. I wasn’t wearing mine at all. Finally in my mind, i whispered to myself, there goes another child of God leaving the Church. I didn’t have the opportunity to go back and apologize but I really felt bad for days!
But right now, mine is a cool, soft pink and I’m definitely wearing it!

So right Bomi. It’s a constant everyday issue. It’s the things we do when nobody is watching, or when we think nobody is watching! Like today, I had to decide I would not print out many pages of a personal document with my work printer. I’ll just get more paper for my home printer and print it out when I get home. Nobody would have said anything but Jesus is watching. It’s those times when the cashier does not ring you up for something and you have to go back in and pay and people look at you like you’re stupid. God help all of us…to be his true ambassadors all the time not just when it is convenient!
